"Hotel just a short walk to beach. Great breakfast included. Gave out refillable water bottles to refill at included water stations - very convenient. Friendly staff. Just across from another hotel where a number of tours embarked from including bus to Polynesian Cultural Center so you could get by without a car."

"The hotel is in a great location. Right across the street from the ocean with a beach that is very kid friendly with a barrier so there are no waves. The rooms were clean and the staff was super nice. You pay a resort fee and that gives you free rental of 3 items for the beach/ beach chairs, umbrellas, water shoes, backpack coolers etc. Make sure to get your items by around 9:00 am of some of the more popular items are gone. Cons to the hotel. We had an ocean view room (great view) but it was so loud. You can hear everything from people talking and playing music to sirens and cars revving on the street below. We had to sleep with white noise on and that only partially helped. Also, like most hotels in Waikiki, they are just old. Could use new windows that help block the noise. "

"If you get the partial ocean view….that’s just what it is, partial. You can only see a sliver when you lean over the balcony. The rooms are not well ventilated, kinda muggy. It served our purpose, sleeping and showering but that’s all. The common area is real nice and the staff is great!"
