โรงแรมใกล้โอจีพี ลาเดร่า, แรนโชแซนตามาการิต้า

"Especially the help was especially great and so is the service. The hotel rooms lighting was a bit disappointing because it was very bright white lights. I’d recommend more dim lights for a more intimate feel and I’d also recommend that the prices be updated on the laundry machine since it’s at $1.50 and when I went to go wash my clothes, it was four dollars and the other thing would be that I don’t believe that the that there were enough people to help at the front desk because it seemed a bit...

"Great for the short stay we had"

"Great hotel"

"This room and our other room weren’t clean. One room had sheets with a blood stain on it. The carpets were very dirty and not vacuumed properly with leftover toenails and debris. One shower had drips of unknown substance on the wall along with a booger on the door."

"The male front desk staff member was rude and unaccommodating during check-in. His attitude and lack of willingness to assist made the check-in experience unpleasant. I expected more professional and courteous customer service."

"On theoutside the property is pretty very romantic but in the room is heavy furniture placed impracticallly inthe ver small room Then you better bring long chaging cords because the plugs are in weird spots. The first room the gave me had no viewit was obstructed by shrubbery and if you opn your curtain people from the street can see you in bed. After taking a shower the whole bathroom was flooded like 2 inches of water and when i pulled back the sheets the literally had actual dirt on them i...

"It was great stay"

"This was a convenient and quiet place to stay while visiting family. Free breakfast and hot coffee a plus."

"The bed was comfortable and the staff was excellent. Here are my complaints: The ONLY outlets that would keep anything plugged in was the lamp on the desk and the bathroom counter. Not convenient when you are wanting to plug in a charger next to the bed for your phone at night. Literally my charger fell out of the outlets on the wall. The wall sconces next to the bed were very dusty and the shower/tub had some rust stains. The pool was closed and so was the restaurant. There was an option...
