Shangri-La Sydney
10/10 Excellent
"Outstanding service. The front-of-house team was excellent. I had trouble ordering room service using the QR code. I will certainly be back. 10/10

"We stayed in the opera house room for one night. A concierge staff, Arm was very helpful and looked after our bags while we were waiting for our room. Check in staff was attentive and contacted us when our room was available. Great bathroom amenities except when they didnt "
"Loved this hotel, absolutely stunning and loved our room with the bath tub. Staff were friendly. Super clean. Plumbing slightly noisy overnight but didn’t bother us. "
"Staff were great - very helpful, accommodating and able to assist with all my queries. Really made my stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you guys, (especially for allowing for an early check in - Simran was fantastic) "
"The staff here were amazing. Every member of staff we met or spoke to were excellent, friendly and helpful. In particular, I’d like to highlight Joanne and Roman in the Club Lounge for their excellent service.
We had a suite with a balcony which was excellent, comfortable and very well equipped. The view over Darling Harbour was fantastic. The hotel put an extra bed in for my son in advance. The bathroom was huge - with two sinks, a large bath and a separate walk-in shower. It was cleaned daily and restocked with still water. There was a Nespresso coffee machine, a fridge with mini bar, a safe, an iron & ironing board and plenty of towels and toiletries.
The hotel is right next to a main road and so there is some extra noise when you open the door to the balcony, but no more than you expect from any city centre hotel. The location is perfect for walking to all the main sights and attractions, but taxis or Ubers are always available out front.
I highly recommend this hotel. "
