Hotellet lukkede ned i januar 2020. Det vil sige at vi blev nødt til at bruge ekstra penge på et andet hotel, fordi det hotel vi havde bestilt, ikke længere findes. Ekstrem dårlig arbejde fra jeres side at i ikke fjerne hotellet. Øv for en oplevelse. Udover dette kan man ikke få fat på jer så man kan få pengene igen... utroligt

Nous avons du changer d'Hotel car rien de ce qui est présenter est vraie. Ce n'est pas un hôtel c'est un taudi. Odeur nauséabonde d'urine de chat, aucune réception,Il n'y a même pas de hall tout est détruit. Le propriétaire est un voleur. Un couple est arrivé en même temps que nous et ils ont quitté aussi. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi cet hôtel fait encore parti de votre site. De plus, nous attendons des nouvelles du propriétaire par hotel.com. Cela fait deux semaines et nous avons pas eu de suite de lui et de votre part. Méfiez-vous par les bons commentaires car personne peut trouver cet endroit génial. Ce sont des faux commentaires, punaise de lit, vols assurés à cet endroit.

Ingen service över huvud taget. Ligger inte vid vattnet, ingen resturang vid boendet. Smutsigt, myror överallt. Inget vatten stora delar av tiden vi bodde där. Ingen städning.

NO RESERVAR EN ESTE HOTEL

No reservar en este hotel. WIFI, sólo tuvimos cuando estaba el dueño que te lo compartía con su celular. Servicio de habitación, no tuvimos Desayuno, era a tres cuadras en un bar. Sólo nos querían dar cafe o jugo de fruta Nos tuvimos que ir antes, la habitación estaba llena de caca de laucha!!! (Ver fotos)

This property was absolutely horrific and looks nothing like the pictures advertised. There was blood on the towels, the beds were stained and cats had urinated etc. in the room. It was filthy. The fact Expedia endorses this property is a disgrace. After complaining we were denied access to the property and are still awaiting a refund over a week later. I expect Expedia to take further action in this regard as the misrepresentations at play are staggering. We will be taking this matter further.

El Manager es un estafador

Era una estafa, no tenian las habitaciones listas para nosotros, nos ensenaron una sucia con sangre en las sabanas y un gato dentro de la habitacion y el manager nos ofreció limpiar su habitación rapidamente y dejarnosla tambien. Al no aceptar e irnos a otro hotel, el manager nos dijo que al ser su error no se quedaria con el dinero pero más tarde si que lo reclamó. Cuando solocité el reembolso a hoteles.com , el manager les dijo que usamos una habitación y que nos la iba a cobrar (absoluta mentira).Cuando llamé al manager me pedia que fuese a su restaurante a hablar en persona (obviamente no fui). Gracias a hoteles.com por reembolsarme la estancia que no pude aprovechar. Recomiendo que quiten este establecimiento de la web ya que intentan enganar a la gente y el hotel no es nada como en la foto principal tan bonita con el mar debajo....

Hotellet var ikke specielt velholdt, og rengøringen var mangelfuld. Vi oplevede både snavset sengetøj og håndklæder. I beskrivelsen af hotellet på hotels.com er angivet “free wifi”, hvilket ikke er tilfældet - dog fik vi sim-kort med data på, hvilket fungerede upåklageligt. Personalet er venligt og imødekommende, men taler meget lidt engelsk. Hotel og restaurant er adskildt, således man skal gå nogle 100 meter for at komme til restaurant/morgenmad og stranden. Morgenmaden kan man tidligst få kl. 9 og med en del ventetid, selvom vi var de eneste gæster. På trods af ovenstående, er hotellet fuldt tilfredsstillende, pris taget i betragtning.

Dès notre arrivée nous dû attendre plus de 40 minutes que le patron arrive. Pas de réception et les chambres sont à plus de 600 m, du restaurant . Impossible d avoir du wifi le matin au resto, et encore moins dans le bâtiments où sont les chambres ,car il n existe pas. Pas de service non plus , c est a dire il est annoncé : coca cola, bière, chocolat.... dans les chambres .la vétusté de la salle de bain et l air co qui ne fonctionne pas. Bien trop cher pour cet hôtel et l annonce,qui est mensongères. Cela ne s apelle pas Ocean Dreams beachside, mais Hotel Ocean Dream et le restaurant Istambul. L indiference du patron est choquante .

Friendliest staff I’ve ever met, very dirty room.

The staff is extremely friendly l, hence I feel bad writing this review. But the room was dirty, stains on the sheets, toilet and shower smelled, no soap or toilet paper, the room wasn’t prepared, no housekeeping, minibar wasn’t refilled, overall very dirty. But the the owner and the guard in the hotel are extremely friendly. This place is too expensive for what you get. I was the only guest in the hotel. Location is okay, but it’s not beachside as the name says.

Les gérants de l’hôtel sont super sympa et serviable. L’hôtel est sécurisé, avec un service de ménage quotidien. La chambre est très grande équipée d’une climatisation fonctionnelle et la douche avec l’eau chaude est ok. Nous avons eu des beaux moments et plusieurs événements sont organisés dans le restaurant au bord de la plage à 4 minutes de la résidence. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Colazione ottima e personale gentilissimo! La camera è spartana (la nostra non aveva la tv,la doccia allaga buona parte del bagno perché non ha le pareti) ma essendo in vacanza la si usa solo per dormire e lavarsi quindi va più che bene..pulizie impeccabili,le lenzuola venivano cambiate ogni 2 giorni mentre gli asciugamani ogni giorno..in hotel non c’è il Wi-Fi ma se hai bisogno la proprietaria può procurare una scheda locale per arginare il problema..mentre al ristorante sulla spiaggia,dove si fa colazione,il Wi-Fi è disponibile ma non funziona sempre.. l’hotel dista 3/4 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dal ristorante dove fare una splendida colazione fronte oceano..nota positiva: c’è il bidet (senza rubinetto ma si può aggirare il problema con il soffione della doccia o il doccino del water)..per farvi rifare la camera dovete lasciare le chiavi in reception ma le potete ritirare quando volete (è come se foste a casa vostra,non pensate ad un resort o ai nostri hotel italiani) c’è sia l’aria condizionata che il ventilatore.

Where do I begin? I booked 1 room with two beds but when we checked in they gave me 1 bed. I showed Nema the booking and she called her manager who suggested we take 2 rooms downstairs. They have wifi which doesn't work downstairs so we took the 1 bed, room #5 to be specific. The bathroom was small and water didn't circulate, air conditioning did not work. When you report issues nothing happens and staff doesn't speak English. This was false advertising at its finest. The hotel looks like someone's house with a few rooms. U knock on the gate to enter, u can't just come as you please. There are so many other villas and hotels on the beach that are better than this. Same night I checked in I inquired about cancelling with full refund, no call back or response. Morning of departure woke up to no water!!!!!! Unable to shower or brush teeth. Its like they turned off the water pressure, I was truly disappointed and mad. I had a bottle of drinking water that I used to brush my teeth. At 6:45a I called the Turkish owners to tell them there was no water, he said it'll be on in 5minutes......we were set to leave at 8a to head back to Stonetown (ferry) and the water came back at 7:56am. I don't usually write reviews and often think they're fake or bought, but I had to save people from booking here. I will visit Zanzibar again but I will NEVER stay at this "hotel/hostel" again. If you think I'm lying or exaggerating book just 1 night and see for yourself.

esperienza piacevole

Hotel nuovo molto carno appena dietro la spiaggia le camere sono molto grandi e pulite, il personale è gentilissimo così come la proprietaria una bella signora Turca molto disponibile e socievole con gli ospiti ( a noi hanno anche preparato la cena due volte cucinando pesce abbinato a ricette tipiche della tradizione turca). Abbiamo alloggiato 10 giorni in febbraio di quest'anno e stavano facendo migliorie all'esterno organizzando un grazioso bar e la zona colazione. Io lo consiglio sopratutto a quelli che preferiscono strutture informali in armonia con il territorio ai mega villaggioni turistici che ti confezionano una realtà finta che potrebbe appartenere a qualsiasi luogo del pianeta. Mah Zanzibar è Tanzania e non è faticoso rendersene conto.
