"The space was very clean, staff very helpful especially at the reception desk. The options at the restaurant were wonderful. The grilled tilapia was delicious. I would definitely stay again."

"If you have any problems or need any help, just speak with Mr. Addo, the manager, and he'll do his best to help. They were great. Enjoy Spintex/Baatsoona!"

"I really enjoyed this hotel. It's a little run down from it's former glory...but the staff are genuinely welcoming. From the first contact to the last. Pool is nice. Gym is fine, except non of the weights are particularly heavy. Juliette on reception was excellent. And please try the goat light red soup...it was excellent."

"มีความเป็นส่วนตัวสูง เงียบและสงบ ไม่พลุกพล่าน พนักงานอัธยาศัยดีทุกคน"

"A truly special place that feels like home. From the moment I arrived, I felt much more like a guest in a beautiful home than in a traditional hotel. It has all the services and comfort of a hotel, but with a warm, personal and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel completely at ease. The exquisite art throughout the property adds so much character and makes every space feel unique and inspiring. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and cared for. I would also like to mention the airport...

"The staff are generally friendly but the reception staff are not as helpful as they could be. The hotel amenities are good, though many items on the continental menu were often out of stock. I will go back again"

"The host and ambiance was great, the only disadvantage I witnessed were roaches."

"First of all, the staff is so rude. The place is so old and not well maintained. The place is so dirty! I think it’s highly overpriced for a very dirty place with the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Great breakfast"

"Nothing special. The room decor looked like a child's bedroom"
