"Our experience was not the best! First getting to access the property from the app was not easy. The link didn’t work. It took us about an hour to finally get it to work. The condo was nice but needs repairs, the beds and pillow were not comfortable, there were holes on walls and the main bed room AC started to leak with water. "The pool and spa were clean and relaxing. Very beautiful view and location was excellent."

"The preferred didn’t have much incentive. It’s all inclusive for everyone and the service is the same. The adult only pool exclusive for preferred members was quiet and definitely worth it if you want to avoid the large crowds and families. Overall it’s chill."
