"The hotel was nice. I really like the dove products in the rooms and the staff were nice, my only bad takeaway was that jacuzzi jets didn’t really bubble and the chairs and floors were a little dirty. Other than that I would stay again"

"At check in i was tolf the pool was in order. It was 1030pm, i then said before we continue heck in are you sure that your pool will be open first thing in the morning. Like 6am. The night lady answered yes, but i could still refund you and you could go somewhere else. I asked a 3rd time are you sure the pool would be open. She assured me that someone was going to be there by 6 am to fix the pools. I had told them we had made the 5 hour dribe for my sons surgery the next day, and we booked this hotel due to the pool and hot, which both were not working.. again i was assured they would be. The next morning the pool and hot tub were nor working. The desk staff stephanie was helpful. But not much she canàß"

"There was no pool or gym as advertised online. They were out of order. I didn’t know until I was there to check in. Also the Continental breakfast was very disappointing. No juice, no consistency In refilling the hot food. Some days there wasn’t any breakfast at all. Some days the breakfast was put away before it was supposed to end and or late getting set up. Blinds were broken I the room and the security latch was broken off of the door. The cleaning staff were very helpful and accommodating. They were the highlight of the stay. Two of the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful as well. The other two not so much. Overall I would rate the whole experience at 2.5 stars. Definitely lots of room for improvement especially in the customer service department. Oh and one more thing…. They charge a $25 dollar per night incidental fee which you know nothing about until you check in. So if you stay 10 days you have to pay an additional $250 with your credit card that can take up to 2-5 business days to be put back on your card after checking out! "

"This room was perfect for traveling with an infant. The staf were super nice. The only negative is that there was a dish in the sink when we got there. The heating system was not functioning properly and our room was really hot even though we set the thermostat to 67. But I would stay again just because of the unique set up. "

"Booked this for a work trip, the staff and room were exactly what I've grown to expect from a Hilton run hotel. Room was clean and when I had an issue with my room being 80 degrees in the middle of the night the staff quickly moved me to a new room. If you stay enough you'll eventually have an issue with a room it's inevitable, but the staff handled it perfectly. "

"Elevator and Halls smelled of Marijuana and cigarette smoke. People hanging out in staircase landings, and outside door latches were tapped open, so anyone can wander in at any time. I talked to person on duty, that stated they know these things, but cannot do anything about it. I made sure our room door was locked, security bolted, and jammed a chair under the handle for good measure. In the morning, I talked to the daytime supervisor, whom said that she wasn't aware on these issues. Then, I suggested a group that may possibly be responsible for the issues, and the supervisor said, " No, it's not them." Telling me that she had this issue previously, and knows who it is. But, she was unaware?!?!? "

"Hotel was tired and the 11th floor smelled like marihuana…. staff was VERY nice .. Banquet room was great and banquet staff was SUPER NICE!!! "
