"The room was absolutely ridiculous the vinyl flooring was lifted up to where I nearly sliced the bottom of my foot open. The bed was terrible and the shower hardly has any water pressure at all. Most of the rooms are vacant. Not because people have not rented them it's because they are completely destroyed and in need of serious renovation and I would even say demolition. All the reviews talking about how wonderful clean and nice the rooms are is nothing but a lie there is no possible way that could be true at this place. I have traveled for the last 30 years all over this country and in multiple countries and I can say 100% this is the worst large motel that I have ever been to In my life and again it needs to be demolished. There is no possible way that this building or any of the buildings with this Motel can be considered safe when the windows to the rooms are broken and I mean cracks from the top of the roof down to the floor broken. This is on at least seven of the rooms that I have walked by and the flooring in my room is not safe at all for anybody and I have had to wear shoes the whole time because the flooring is sticking up so if you walk through in the middle of the night you will slice your foot open. If there is anyone that says that this place is safe or niceon their reviews it is a flat out lie and nothing but BS. This place needs to be condemned and demolished, period. It is so far past renovation that it needs to be demolished and they need to start over."

"PROS: The desk attendant was very nice. Location was convenient. CONS: The hotel smelled very strongly of weed. It was OVERPOWERING throughout the entire building, day and night. The hallway carpets were very dirty and stained. The hotel was under construction. Men were working on the exterior, and this was not disclosed when I booked my room. All parking spots were roped off, and I had to park far away and carry my luggage all the way in. I went to my room and immediately noticed that the carpet did not look vacuumed, there were dark red stains on the floor by the bed, piles of something that looked like burnt candle wax and something brown splattered outside of the bathroom door. Bathroom and kitchen otherwise clean. Comforter on the bed smelled used, so I tossed it. In the a.m. the construction started at 6am. On a Friday morning. Is this legal? Men were on scaffolding right outside my window working on the brick. The noise was an issue; I had to work remotely while I was there, and it would have been nice to not be woken up at 6am to the sounds of construction and deal with the noise all day. I tried to get on the wi-fi and had to sign up for a Sonesta membership to access it. It still wouldn't work and I attempted to call the front desk and the phone didn't work. They said I had to come down. For the other day and a half, I was there, there was no one at the desk at all. The walls are very thin. I would NOT stay here again when traveling for work."

"The room was dirty and looked so run down. Nothing like the pictures on the site! The floor inside the rooms was so filthy like they never mopped it for months. AC unit was busted. We got the non smoking rooms but kept getting cigarette smell through the night. The pillows were terrible and old. Someone junkie/drunk was knocking on the doors in the night around 1:30am."

"The hotel was okay. But for $175 a night, it should have been great ! Staff was wonderful and pleasant. There was only one employee all night which is concerning. It isn't fair or safe for one employee to be responsible for 3 floors of guests, and it isn't fair to the customer who has to wait on the one person to handle any issue. Fairfield Inn/Marriott needs to do better. Room was at best an $80-$100 value. AC unit needs to be updated. Breakfast was good and the hot tub was enjoyed."
