We had a small issue with our room (no fault of the hotel) and the manager quickly offered us an upgrade to a beautiful suite. "Fabulous property and location. Staff were awesome, especially Francisco. Lots of restaurants and bars close by, if you want to try something outside the resort. Very safe and quiet area. A couple of things, one the roads are not all paved and the dirt ones are very rough. Two, great for families, but a few too many kids during our stay. Next time, we probably go adults only."
