"Lovely suite ‘Filby’ (up spiral staircase so only if you are fully mobile) plenty of room with roll top bath. Took advantage of free classic car tour of Norwich city centre (ask and book at reception). Nice breakfast room - staff friendly but a little distracted !"

Our room was really not great. It was situated some way from reception along a rabbit hole of corridors. The corridor where our room was smelt quite fusty/mouldy. "Had a lovely stay at this hotel, room was lovely, clean and everything we needed, continental breakfast had plenty of cereal to chose from, yoghurts, cereal bars, toast, fruit, lots of choices of drinks. "I have stayed here a few times now and we love this hotel. It is a bit tired in the rooms but nothing to spoil your stay. I did find the staff were not a good as they have been. Reception never answer the phone, you have to go down to them. Breakfast is not good. poor selection and poor service. They had no bread left out, no ketchup left. They had 6 empty bottles out for customers to use, everyone was empty. When asked for more, it never came. I ordered from the menu and paid extra. Arrived...
