"The breakfast was very good. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The suite was dated with water stains on ceiling and wall in bathroom, rental not clean, silverware in dishwasher from past renter, peanuts on kitchen floor, white pill on floor near window, torn lamp shade, torn curtains, stained couch, fan missing blade, all windows glass broken and taped, windows sealed unable to open. Rented due to fireplace and kitchen. Fireplace was missing wood. Front desk told us they ran out and needed to buy our own duralog which we did. No instructions on fireplace to open flume and front desk stated to pull to far left well...that closed it and filled the room with smoke that we had to air out by opening front door of rental. Staff were friendly. If the room was cleaned and updated it would have been a 5 star however I would give it a 2.5 to 3"

"I love their breakfast, they have a good variety of different options. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was after paying my deposit n paying for the room separately; I was stopped like I was trying to steal for grabbing breakfast. I had a breakfast voucher, but when I checked in no one mentioned I needed to show staff this. So of course having someone stop you n ask “ did you pay for that” really makes me feel really small. I paid in advance to avoid this."

"Good stay good location, we hope for a better towel room service, and staff being mindful of guests while in the rooms. Cleaning should only be done when the rooms are empty. "

"Older property in need of updating. Better single ply toilet paper could be invested. Otherwise, room size very good. Complete efficiency kitchen good. Extended later check out greatly appreciated. "

"Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Room, extremely clean and comfortable. Only issue was that there were two of us registered - one washcloth, one towel, two hand towels. I asked a housekeeper in the hall for additional linen - provided her the room number and never heard from her again. Luckily, I had an extra towel with me. 😳. Otherwise, it was a wonderful location."

"The room is spacious and clean, and the front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the airport was on time and arrived at the airport in less than 10 minutes. Overall, a good value for the location and for what the hotel offers."

"Hotel needs work ...hotel was raggedy wasn't clean didn't feel safe at all. Heat didn't really work..never again "
