Everything about the stay was perfect. The Staff of Loren, Chevelle and all the rest of the staff were so accommodating. They always had a smile and a greeting when we came into the lobby. The room was just what we needed and housekeeping was right on top of our needs. Just a great stay.

It's a very different room layout and I found the space between the closet and the desk a bit tight, but overall the room was comfortable. The bathroom was very nice but I do have to say the shower though as beautiful as it is the floor was very slippery, there was no body soap in the dispenser, and I had no hand soap for the sink.

The hotel is right next to a lovely shopping center, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel looks brand new; the rooms are very spacious and clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The staff is also very friendly—I would definitely return to this hotel.

Clean. Plenty of amenities and locally plenty to do/eat. Our room TV did not work throughout the stay. The room technician (young gentleman) apologized and stated we would receive 30% off because no other rooms were available. The front desk manager was aggressive, denied that and offered a free meal. Shouldn’t be paying that kind of money and no TV for three days. We left a day early.

The room was gorgeous and clean. The staff were nice and helpful. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because there was no parking a couple of the nights we stayed and we couldn't get the playoffs games in the room. The front desk said that the cable went out but there was no offer of a fix or discount.
