"I recently stayed at your property and, while I enjoy the area, I was unfortunately disappointed with my overall experience at the hotel. I would like to bring the following concerns to your attention:
1. Front Desk Service
On the first evening of my stay, the receptionist on duty was unprofessional and discourteous. I also observed similar interactions between her and other guests. The tone of service significantly impacted my first impression of the property.
2. Room Condition
My assigned room had a large crack in the window, which made the room uncomfortably cold at night. Additionally, the bathroom was not up to standard. The bathtub was in poor condition, and the shower had excessively high water pressure, making it unpleasant to use. I considered reporting these issues during my stay but was reluctant to approach the front desk due to my earlier experience.
3. Safety Concern*
The ground floor back door leading to the parking area was completely unlit. The path to the escalator was dark, which felt unsafe, especially as I was traveling with family. As a result, I avoided using that exit for the duration of my stay.
Based on these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel to others and I will not be returning for future stays. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that corrective measures are implemented "
