โรงแรมบูติกใน สวิตเซอร์แลนด์ตอนเหนือ

"One of the beds was old and not suitable for sleeping, I had requested a replacement but staff simply turned it over which didn’t help at all. After another request it was finally replaced. In a junior suite, I would expect excellent quality and promptly addressing the issue. Restaurant food was excellent; however, service staff not well trained and not in line with experiences prior to the renovation or what would be expected from this hotel."

"Perfect hotel. Staff was great. Breakfast buffet was the best I had in Switzerland. Comfortable and large room."

There was a free minibar with water, beer and fizzy drinks but for coffee one had to go down to the reception. There was no room service but the restaurant was fabulous with a great buzzy environment and great service, said to be the best in Zurich and I would not doubt that. "The hotel is very well situated near train/bus and shopping. Smaller but clean well organized rooms. Breakfast is very good with made to order eggs and omelettes. Staff are very friendly and helpful with organizing day."

"駅から緩やかな上り坂でしたが大きなスーツケースでもそれほど大変ではありませんでした。お部屋は狭めですが、設備等1泊するだけなら十分でした。大きめスーツケース２つまでなら広げられます。朝食がとても良く、メニュー豊富で大変満足しました。"

"The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The room was dark and quiet enough. However the staff did nothing about people constantly standing directly in front of the door outside. You can’t open it without hitting them and they refuse to move. I almost feel on the stairs trying to squeeze into the six inches of space I was given to enter the building. Also room is obviously designed by a man. No hair conditioner, no lotion, trash on the far side of the bathroom from the toilet( waddle and...

"Good location. Amenities are basic."

"Clean, nice staff, lovely room. Suggest a corner room as more spacious with the windows."
