We also had some difficulties with the remote (either it wasn’t working or we just weren’t smart enough to know how to use it) and they brought another one up right away. "Big pool and hot tub. Great that has large windows all around and the sun comes into the pool area. Water pressure in shower is fantastic but beds could be better. Breakfast buffet has choices for everyone and there’s variety each day. "
"This is our go to hotel in Grande Prairie. It is clean, quiet and the breakfast is great. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms have a large fridge and plates, utensils and cups and a microwave. I prep our meals ahead of time to bring with us and we can hear them. This hotel is wonderful and clean. We stay here every time we are in Grande Prairie. "
"What a great hotel! Very new, very clean and very comfortable. Great heated underground parking. Lightning fast elevator. Awesome stay for us. We were in Fort Mac for 5 nights. We booked the Prime Hotel. It was such a dump we cancelled after the first night and moved over to the Pomeroy. What an amazing upgrade and good decision that was. No plans to return to Fort Mac but I’d stay at the Pomeroy again if I did. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. "
