Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel

4/10 Poor

"The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The rooms need to be renovated. The bar drinks are weak and the bartenders are a little unfriendly. The breakfast buffet or any options they had were impossible to get to because there’s so many people staying there on any given day. Then for some reason our room magically checked itself out and the only reason I knew was because they couldn’t find us in the system when we tried closing our bar tab. When we went to the front desk to check on this the employee working just said let me check with my manager then came back and said sorry it was just a glitch in the system and then proceeded to give us new keys. It would’ve been nice to be given an upgrade for their faulty system. This almost made us late to a broadway show we had tickets for. If you’re traveling on a budget then this hotel does the job but if you can spend more on lodging highly recommend it."
