Staff especially MO was very professional. Didn't really care for the crowd of people on the 2nd floor being loud and in the pool well after 8pm. I will definitely be back there this summer!!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Great location, 1 block from the boardwalk. Lots of places to walk to. You can see great fireworks from the hotel on Friday nights. The rooms are old, small, and poorly lit. Don’t walk around in the room barefoot.

Housekeeping

This place is pretty nice, just needs better housekeeping and much better quality cleaning products. Our room smelled like strong moth balls when we arrived. The smell went away by the next morning. However, it was very noticeable once we entered the room.

The location was convenient and room seemed cleaned. Outside of that there wasn’t much offered. Ice and coffee were available 1/2 a block away as there was none on site. No hooks or towel racks available in entire room. No type of noise curfew enforced. We had loud partying going on in parking lot until 3:30AM.

The location was great you are very close to the boardwalk/beach. The beds were comfortable and they provided you towels but no housekeeping services if you stayed less than two nights. The outdoor pool was clean. Some downside stuff, the kitchenette area had tiny sugar ants, I had to spray them with my bug spray. They were in the bathroom too, but not a lot. When I open the refrigerator cooler it smelled like surf and turf. Probably from the previous tenants dinners. The toilet bowl ran continuously we did try to adjust it but it wouldn’t stop. The bathroom window did not have a screen and we were on the first floor. Screens are needed to keep bugs out. The first night we were there there was an unruly guest two doors down sitting outside being very loud, talking loud and non stop, no one was arguing but it was 12 AM and It went on for quite a while. If you do go there, try to get the third floor you won’t have to hear the people walking above you at night, ha ha. I did let management know when they were very understanding.

close to beach and boardwalk, have been staying here for many years but unfortunately the place is in dire need of repair and basic services as you need to go up the road to Sandy Shores for anything.
