"This is a gem of a motel in a perfect location for beach access (or to nearby Kingston, Wakefield etc.). It was immaculate and so well maintained with a friendly staff. "This motel is a bare-bones motel, but is very clean and well maintained. Our room was small with a comfortable bed. It had a microwave and refrigerator. The sink was outside of the bathroom. It did not have a closet to hang clothes or a hairdryer. The shower curtain had two small holes and there were a few places that needed a paint touchup. "The place was adequate for the price in the Newport area. It is close to Newport The room was clean , but very 1970s. The office doesn't open until after 10AM. There was a coffee maker in the office, but I had to drive to Dunkins,down the road to ge5 coffee in the morning. My first night was disturbed by police presence and K-9 dog. There are no refrigerators in the rooms mine had no microwave.
