"Customer service was a little lacking in the mornings over the weekend. Asked for waters on the morning of the second day and they stated I needed to buy them and it was only free when checking in. Asked for a noon checkout on Sunday and was told they dont offer late checkouts anymore. Amentities within the room are basic. Small/rough towels and single ply toilet paper. "Great hotel! Having a washer and dryer was super helpful as we were staying there as a basketball team and I was in charge of washing and drying uniforms. Having more than one washer and dryer for the entire hotel would have been beneficial as there were also baseball teams there who also were needing to wash uniforms."

"Ehh this stay was ok. This definitely was not the embassy suites that I am used to. The hotel is very outdated. There are so many rooms that I feel like house keeping has to rush to get them all done. As I found several pieces of glass on the floor in front of microwave and next to the toilet. Thank goodness I found it before my child stepped on it barefoot. The staff were very nice and friendly and main areas seemed well maintained but rooms definitely lacked that! "I liked the roll over shower. I did not like that it leaked onto bathroom floor in spite of seeing calk to prevent that. I was in the room all day working at computer but the dark out electronic blinds did not work. I called in for repair first day and no one came until 2 pm. They were put on a recharge for 2 hours. I had daylight at 4 pm. Put down at 8. Next morning they would not go up. Again. Same scenario as day before. Called in at 9 am. Asked status at 2. Had daylight 3:30. Worked in...

"For a lower budget hotel (we just needed somewhere to sleep as we checked in after 11 and checked out at 6:30) I appreciated that they are making updates and rooms while bare boned were very clean. However the overhead light in our room did not work (the lights by the bed did) and the bathroom having an auto fan was super loud. Also our toilet paper roll holder was loose and not attached properly to the wall. However absolutely a good stay for the price point and clean."
