"We only stayed one night at the property but we had a great experience. The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly. They also upgraded us without us asking and put us in an amazing suite. The bed was extremely comfortable and everything was very clean. This will be our go to hotel when we travel to Raleigh moving forward!"

"amazing and understanding staff! they truly care about their customers."

"Nice place"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was great. Unfortunately the room had water damage so the wallpaper was peeling off. Many of our outlets were not usable. the bathroom’s exhaust fan was not working. Our phone was not working. Laundry room was dirty and one of the two dryers was not working. The pool had way too much chlorine, the fumes made it hard to breathe in the enclosed pool area. Me and my family had used this hotel a few years ago and since then it has really gone...

"Location and price point were good. Staff was really helpful. Property could use some upgrades or maintenance but it was a good stay. Room was clean."

"Anjana at the front desk was wonderful. Always smiling, cheerful & helpful. The breakfast was very good with a great variety of things to eat & drink."

"This was a great option for my family when visiting our son for NC State's family weekend. We will be back!"
