"Much nicer than a generic hotel room. Gas fireplace a nice touch. Modern bathroom. Liked the kitchenette with small refrig with separate freezer, sink and microwave. No hot food breakfast but the fresh backed goods are good. Fruit too."

"Attentive and friendly staff, delicious breakfast, good location able to walk to historic part of town. Parking first come first serve; we were lucky to get a spot. The room had a comfortable king bed and very uncomfortable sofa pullout. We had sent a message twice to ask for two beds and explained that we were not a couple, but friends traveling to celebrate a birthday. We did not know the bed arrangement until we arrived. It was expensive and I wish that someone had recommended that we stay...

"Such a beautiful property in such an amazing place. 10/10 we loved everything about our stay here. Can’t wait to come back"

"Fantastic place clean ,charming and wonderful breakfast every morning.cant go wrong"

"This bed and breakfast was rustic in a very charming way. The owner was extremely kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the area. I would highly recommend staying here."

"Excellent location!"

"We were in Newport for the Jazz Festival. The accommodations were very good, location convenient for everything. Pictures accurately depict the property. The only thing that I would suggest be improved is the wifi. We ended up using our phone hotspot to connect when we were in the room. We would stay there again."
