"All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. "Our stay at S Hotel Jamaica exceeded every expectation. The staff went above and beyond, always ready with local tips and recommendations that made our trip even better. Our room was spotless throughout the stay, and the property itself is stunning. The food and drinks were a highlight; every meal was delicious, and the cocktails didn't disappoint. While the beach is technically public, S Hotel's section makes all the difference, staff set up loungers for you and servers come around with drinks, so you barely have to lift a finger. And the water itself is incredible: crystal clear and pristine, easily one of the best beaches I've ever visited. We're already looking forward to coming back!"
