"The photos of the property showed that there is a hot tub and upon arrival there was no hot tub. Also the pool was visibly dirty, unfortunately, so we did not swim, which was disappointing. We did however enjoy the hot breakfast and the staff were very friendly and hospitable."

Then they told me they were full, they couldn’t reimburse my two nights, and I would have to argue with Expedia because it was a non refundable reservation. And didn’t offer me any sort of comp. I had to find another hotel, at a last minute exorbitant price, despite already paying for 2 nights here. "
