"They double booked me and I was left stranded without a room for the night. There was a line of people out the door with double bookings. It’s an old run down motel. Hence why there is no deposit needed. Staff didn’t want to help resolve the matter. They just shrugged their shoulders or wouldn’t answer the phone when Expedia was trying to call them to resolve the issue. Will never attempt a booking here again."
