"From the warm welcome and the very comfortable room to the outstanding breakfast, there is nothing I could fault. Breakfast was lovely, everything was home-made. The local town, Vertou is very scenic and worth a visit."

"Lovely welcome and stay. Breakfast was continental and delicious. Excellent location, just a 10 minute walk to the centre of town, train station that takes you into Nantes within 30 minutes. Lovely restaurants in town. Would visit again and recommend. "

The very friendly and helpful Owner, Norse, made sure I had everything that I required. If you have never stayed in a Chàteau, for the price I suggest Château de la Grand'Cour. It is exceptional!"

"Booked twin rooms, was given double bed. Managed to find twin rooms in the end, thn had to chase for proper bedding (missing sheet & pillow case) and towels (only 1 hand towel). All sorted in the end, concierge was very good, but shouldn't have to experience basic things like those above. Hotel itself fine, feels like student accommodation. Location ok, 15 minute walk into main part of town. "
