"The staff is super friendly, they are very accommodating and helpful. The stay is lovely, quiet, right in the centre of old town. Downstairs in the square is an excellent restaurant - easy for family to dine out. Thank you and we would recommend this place! "

"the first thing that stuck us was how out of town this type of accommodation is. That applies to all Masseria hotels. The rooms are situated around a pretty courtyard. The rooms are basic and of reasonable size. There are no facilities for making tea/coffee. However, there is a fridge. A small sitting area is outside each room. There is no bar here and the restaurant does not open till 8 pm. the reception can provide wine or coffee. We bought our own beer and kept in in fridge in room....

The communication of this was poor. Rosella was prompt to help us and explian we had booked apartment accommodation but Expedia image incorrect. However, no one asked us to register, people were very relaxed about paperwork and didn't seem aware of our stay as we hqd to confirm it many yltimes. Staff helped ua load our vehicles and took our keys but nevwe asked to settle the bill. About an hoir later while we were well on our way, they called to ask us to pay.
