"I got catfished by this hotel, it looked more like a motel. Not even the cute bathtub in the image was there, just a gross shower and a ceiling that was bubbling. I wouldn’t be shocked if they used AI to make those images because not even the building looks the same as the pictures. The blankets and pillows were really gross and we went out to buy blankets just for the stay. The floors had questionable spots all over it and I didn’t feel relaxed at all during my stay.
We were right near the water but this definitely wasn’t what I was hoping for when celebrating my anniversary.
The only good thing I could say is about the staff. They were very friendly, but that couldn’t make up for my disappointment."
"The room was not clean. The sink had hair in it, and there was toothpaste and water spots on the countertops, an empty toilet paper roll on the holder and one on the floor. No basic amenities provided - no pillowcases, towels, toilet paper or toiletries. We left without completing our stay."
"We did have a few issues - the noise from the exterior at night was a bit annoying and the WFI was not secure and we could not access our computers! The view from our room was great!"
"The hotel was a great surprise. Perfectly located along the waterfront with a bird's eye view of naval action with the in dock ships. Staff were very nice and it was walkable to nearby activities. Definitely on our return list. From the many hotels we've stayed in recently, it has the best sleeping beds."
"I really dont know how I was charged $280 for one night for an experience that was very underwhelming. The A/C in the room sounded like a racecar getting started up, so hard to sleep through that. Out of the 4 elevators that were available ONLY 1 WORKED and we were on the 11th floor so stairs were out of the picture. There was food all down the hallway of our floor and the bathrooms on the main floor smelled like they had never been cleaned. I know its not possible but a refund would be amazing and probably the only way I will ever give my business to a Wyndham ever again."
"The outside of the hotel needs a remodel badly, but the inside has had some remodels done. The bed is hard as a rock, but the room was clean otherwise. My stay was good no complaints."
