"We stayed here for / nights during our visit to Geiranger, Norway. Nice clean property, fun by a friendly couple. They have a full restaurants with many menu choices. The restaurant was packed both nights we were there. The rooms are clean and well kept, but the bathroom was really small and it was hard to keep it dry. Overall great place to stay."

"I was meant to stay at this property for my birthday. I arrived at the property, paid for it but after seeing the room the property representative and I both agreed that the property was not suitable for my needs. The property representative promised to annul the transaction but he never did as he had promised. "Highly recommend - it was the most beautiful place we stayed at during our Norway visit. Our property was right on the Oppstrynsvatnet lake. The house was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and had all amenities - full kitchen, dining, iron, hair dryer. The house also had an in-house sauna in addition to a Panaroma sauna on the property. "Driving into Hjelle through the lakeside tunnel was magical. This repurposed schoolhouse was a fantastic place to experience old-world Norwegian living. Loved the nook beds and touches of history. The modern bath and kitchen were integrated well. The property manager was kind and helpful - he let us know when the early snowfall unexpectedly closed down the mountain pass. Was a great site to just relax and enjoy!"
