"This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Europe! When they say five stars, they mean it!!! As soon as we walked into the hotel, we were warmly greeted. The staff is exemplary and immediately makes you feel like a valued guest! The gentleman checking us walked us to our room, turned on the lights, and showed us some of the amenities on our way to our room. The room is so comfortable and beautiful!
