"Open and inviting Lobby area with coffee shop. Close to mall and they have a shuttle to the mall as well. Very nice restaurant. Chicken sandwich was delicious. Nice room. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing a bit odd was the elevators seem old and out of place for this nice hotel."

"Lovely hotel with very well-trained staff. Room was spotless as were all the public areas. Big sporting events were in town (volleyball national championship; special athlete event), and so hotel was sold out. But it did not feel crowded. The pool was closed due to repairs, but that happens. Fire/Lake Restaurant is fabulous."

"This is a great stay for the price!! Me and my girlfriend had a great visit to Minnesota and we stayed at this place for 2 days. The staff was very helpful and even got an early check-in ready for us! Very organized place, and great location with Walmart and plenty of good food choices nearby. Also a quick drive to ACE car rental on check out day!"

"Everything was very clean, the pool was amazing and much better than the average hotel pool, with slides and fountains, and they provided towels which was convenient! My kids loved it. There was plenty of bedding for all four of my kids (deluxe room with multiple beds). Right across the street from Mall of America. The breakfast was grab and go and of good quality and they also have a Starbucks right next to It! Be aware you have to pay for parking which was about $12 including tax for one overnight stay. I imagine this is because of their proximity to Mall of America. Very easy to pay with QR code."
