"Professional and friendly staff, however the hotel is a bit far from most attractions. There is a bus option to dotonbori about 10mins from the hotel and T line close to the hotel, also about 10mins. There were some spots that lacked cleanliness but overall clean."

"Hotel very convenient as it just outside the JR exit. Room size may be a bit smaller but luggage can put under the bed. Bathroom a bit small but have a small bathtub. I stayed at the Swissôtel Nankai Osaka for just one night after arriving on a late flight. My plane landed after 6 PM, and between customs, immigration, and the train journey, I didn't check in until after 8 PM. The hotel's location proved very convenient with several food options and convenience stores nearby.
Given my late arrival and being a bit overwhelmed on my first night in the area, I didn't have much opportunity to explore or fully experience the hotel's amenities. I was dealing with a personal issue during my stay and found the Welcia store nearby to be incredibly helpful.
While my stay was too brief to provide a comprehensive review, the hotel's accessibility and surrounding convenience made it a practical choice for travelers arriving late or needing easy access to transportation."
