When it was time to check-in, they had already sent the luggage to our room:) They were also very helpful in explaining about the shuttle bus. Breakfast buffet was the same everyday, and there was an option for a set meal at a Japanese restaurant too. "

"I reserved a non-smoking room, but the smell of cigarettes were still strong. I notified the front desk staff and he confirmed that the entire floor was non-smoking. The smell of cigarettes lightened when cleaning was done in the mornings, as they opened the window in the hallways for ventilation."

"the location is excellent. We drive and can park the car downstairs. There is a very nice Starbucks house just 3 mins walk away. Within 10 mins walk you can find a very nice shopping mall (MaxValu Maruyama Class Store). The flat is spacious and sufficient for six of us. Two bathrooms are a valid advantage. The obly comment is the kitchen ware is highly insufficient for cooking. Also please add a coffee machine there will be nice."
