"We were happy to arrive to a very comfortable and spacious room. We enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service and free drink amenities offered during different times of the day. They also had vending machines and the grocery store was a walkable distance. The staff was friendly and understanding of my difficulty with the language and went above and beyond in assisting with an unexpected task. While no public bath is offered they offer a comfortable seating area to rest or do work . I also noticed the absolute attention to detail in both the cleaning of the rooms and to the cleanliness of the main dining and lobby areas. Recommend! "

"The service, cleanliness, and comfort are impeccable and we ate at the Sushi restaurant….INCREDIBLE experience. Loved everything including how easy they make it to go to Disney and the train station. Don’t screw up like we did and get tangled in the trains, they have airport shuttles. "

"Service was great. All the staff was helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was more driven towards Japanese food as expected. There was some American type food but the eggs was more watery alright they tasted good. Bedding and room was clean with the bed more on the firmer side. Size of the room was good not small as it accommodated all 4 of us without feeling cramped. Transportation right across of the hotel which will take you to shin-uruyasu station where you can take the train to Tokyo station in about 20-30 mins. (Trains and buses are definitely on time and you can set your watch to it without problem). Free to and from Disney shuttle and transportation to and from the airport (pick up and drop off is at the Hyatt hotel which is next door). Last but definitely not least there is a Lawson on the premise that is open 24 hours with food that is fresh and inexpensive; my husband and son went there everyday at different times of the day (10/10). Definitely recommend not just for the price but for the peace and quiet including the staff helpful nature, and Lawson. "
