[1] The English proficiency of the staff is below expectations for a hotel that serves international guests.
[2] The room service on the last day of my stay was not as good as it had been during the previous seven days.

To get to hotel requires carrying luggage up stairs using the underground pathway. It was really convenient but they need to put a sign to point in the direction of the hotel.

We had a great time at this hotel. It’s perfect for family ski trip. The lift was a few steps away and rental facilities were inside the hotel.
