Amazing hotel with the best service

We had such an amazing time staying here ! The receptionist, Sien, was so helpful and sweet. I believe the reception desk is staffed 24 hours, she was there when we got in late and at breakfast as well. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. She also helped us with bike rental and laundry. The room was very comfortable and clean. We only wish we were staying here longer

Ok stay but noisy mornings

Quite noisy from 6 am with an ongoing demolition next door. Only viet breakfast but it was very good. Quite hard beds.

Ancora una volta le recensioni su Hotels non sono veritiere. Alberghetto moooolto easy, vecchio e che sarebbe da rifare da capo a piedi. Unica, poco, nota positiva è la cordialità dell'unica receptionist che parla inglese..... gli altri membri dello staff zero. Colazione assai scarna e... da attendere (ordini e attendi orologio alla mano minimo 45 minuti....) livello pulizia accettabile, per il resto meglio trovare alternative.

The front desk was very accommodating. We were able to check in at noon. She helped us book a private car for the day and gave us an excellent recommendation for dining. The room itself was very clean and had everything we expected. The only drawback for this hotel was the location. There wasn't much to do within walking distance (20 minutes).

The Camellia is a nice place, although a bit out f the way. Luckily I like to walk, but everything was either a long walk or a taxi ride. It is probably closed to some of the tourist attractions than the center of the city.

Clean and spacious hotel.

Hotel was great, really good size room with a balcony and smart TV. Location wasn’t the best, there’s not a lot nearby so we had to get taxis everywhere. Service was good, staff were very attentive and wanted to give us a lot of information - a bit too much information at times, as they were a bit pushy about us doing things when we wanted to just relax and explore! We had breakfast twice during our stay, as the menu in the bedroom stated it was included with the room. However on checkout we were given a bill and told this was not the case, so beware! Overall I would recommend this hotel as it’s spacious and clean, but be prepared to travel a bit to see the local area.

Central Ninh Binh hotel

The hotel was fine for our one night stop over while we visited the Ninh Binh area. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was good and freshly cooked for us.

Nice hotel

Stayed three nights last week. Helpful staff, good WiFi, spacious, modern and clean rooms. The hotel offers bicycle hire for 50000VND per day as well as mopeds, which I think were 150000 per day. Laundry service quick and reasonably priced at 40000 per kilo. I would stay again

Newest budget hotel near Trang An

This is the newest (stayed in Jan 2018) and best looking budget hotel in the area near Trang An. Need a bike/motorcycle to get around. rate of rental in Ninh Binh is around VND80-100/day. Comfortable bed and large room with balcony. Breakfast is free by order from menu. 2 mins by motorcycle opposite the hotel will be a street full of restaurant. Forget Tam Coc river cruise, not even 1/4 as nice as Trang An. Be careful of police in Ninh Binh that is on the look-out for foreigners and ask for $$. (They will make up some traffic violations)

Great hospitality

Room was very big and clean, with a mini balcony. The host Jenny gave good suggestions on meal choices, and had also been very helpful in suggestions for itinerary. It is a little far to walk to the city centre, but it can be reached with a quick cab ride. Traditional and English breakfast were both available on the menu with hit and miss. I would strongly recommend the rice noodles with grilled meat.

Lovely hotel!
