"Great property! I loved everything about my stay here:) The location is on the far side of then lake (5 min walk to town center) so it is a bit quieter. The property is right in the lake so you can watch the boats go by. The room was spacious and clean with great toiletries. The rooms all have access to the outdoor space which has tables, chairs and loungers. Breakfast was slightly different everyday which was nice and came with seasonal fruit. I used the (very reasonably priced) laundry...

"The property was clean and had all of the amenities one would want. The best part of the stay was Lily, the hostess, as she took such good care of us and anticipated all of our needs. She lent us bikes and rain jackets which was needed during our stay. Highly recommend this place. "

"Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. We were able to hire a scooter from the homestay for a very fair price which helped us greatly. The room was very clean, the bathroom was perfect with high pressure hot water in the shower.
