"This was by far the most unique, amazing hotel we stayed at on the island of Crete. Upon arrival we were given fresh-squeezed lemonade made from their own lemon trees. The staff was so friendly! The building is over 500 years old, and nothing like I've ever seen before. Main pool only open 5pm and later but each unit has a pool if needed. honestly, ocean is so much better as the water is clear and temperature perfect. few restaurants in walking distance. store just a short 2 minutes drive. central location about hour to chania, 90 minutes to south side. "The staff were very helpful, especially Julia and Monos. They were always ready to help and always smiling. I really enjoyef the stay there. Although it was not close to the beach, there was a bus stop near by which goes to the old town in 11 minutes approx. There were a few shops and pharmacy close by also."

"We had truly amazing time in Pietra di Mare! Stunning location, great facility. Andreas and his family that owns the place were very nice, we had a little car issue and they were very kind to help us out. We felt very welcomed and at peace. Definitely would come back there next time we are in Crete!"
