"If you’re American and don’t speak Thai, this is the place for you. This is comparable to any 5 star hotel in the states. Be prepared for humidity. The staff was extremely helpful, gym was clean, spa was amazing, rooftop bar was amazing. Food was international and great. Pool was nice too with an excellent staff."

"This hotel looks wonderful and classy from outside but it is illusion. Inside is old, old mattress, old uncomfortable pillows, some towels are very old, noises from other floor and outside, unfriendly housekeeping staff. Watch for lizard in the room. Breakfast Buffet is the same everyday. Be careful with faucets because some are marked as cold but they are hot."
