"Fantastic experience of traditional Japanese lifestyle. It was the best service I've ever received during my many visits to Japan. The room tour was amazing, the food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. A bonus was the excellent Club Lounge!"

"チェックインは別の建物でした。 駐車場から歩いて宿泊宿まで行きました。 荷物のみ車搬送。 夕方で疲れてた上に2歳児もいたので、気分は良くありませんでした。往復してまいりましょうか？など、お客様の1日の疲れを考えて、徒歩が送迎の選択肢を与えて頂きたかった。 次に部屋に到着後、使用の案内がありました。食器類は使ったら全て洗い、片づけるように言われました。常識的に、調理したら片付けはしますが、宿から、このように強く言われたのは初めてだったので、驚きしました。冬は寒すぎて、宿泊できないかも。お風呂は暗すぎる。こたつは温まりにくい。煎餅みたいなお座布団はお尻が痛くなります。防寒対策をして、ご宿泊ください。携帯の充電機コードなどはありません。"

"夕食は近くの飲食店で地元の食材を食べる予定でしたが直ぐ近くにはなく少し歩けば2件あるようでしたが猛暑日のため外食は断念してホテルのレストランで食べました。地元の食材を使った料理が食べたかったです。 大浴場は私一人だったのでゆっくり疲れを癒す事ができました。"

"This is a super cool hotel with a strong historical vibe. The Oki room had a private courtyard and spacious quarters. There are stairs from the entrance and bathroom to the sleeping area, which I mention in case any reader has difficulty with stairs. The staff was very helpful."
