My only issue was that the restaurant was reservation only... I was hoping to be able to order some a-la-carte dishes but this option was not available Breakfast was good ... So overall a nice relaxing stay"

"It was closest hotel to Sado Ferry. No restaurants near by but only expensive Chinese restaurant in the hotel. We checked in and taxi back to Niigata station for getting dinner. My son’s family got Uber eats because they had small children. No convenience store in the hotel."
