Like all APA, the room is just big enough to fit in. The bed is comfortable and you get everything you need in a clean comfy room. All amenities are wrapped in plastic so you know they are clean, but its a lot of waste. Not so eco friendly.

My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable - the staff were warm and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a perfect space to relax. The breakfast was especially delightful, with a variety of yummy options that made each morning a treat.

Overall it’s a comfortable hotel. Check in for the most part is automated and there is no assistance as to what the property offers. You have to ask about everything. The TV has the majority of the hotel description, but for things like dinner recommendations, what to do and see your in your own to figure that out. They charge to use the pool, pool table, and darts by the hour and our very strict about it. They’d make a lot more money and have gappier customers if they just put a time limit on the pool and darts when the demand for use is high. We were the only ones using it. The unseen is more like a large community pool with a bunch of naked people in it. Very busy and I did not find it relaxing. I doubt they can get around this since it’s such a large hotel. Vending machines and ice are limited to the second floor and we were on the 17th. Having a Lawson on the property was nice.

Comfortable beds snd bedding with a plush comforter and our room had an ofuro japanese tub for soaking! It was a big hotel but easy to check in/out; I especially liked the express checkout. Close to train station and an easy walk to the river.

Close to rail station. There's no street level crosswalk across Higashi-odori. If you walk up from the rail station, on the southwest side of the street and try to cross at the hotel you have the option to use the over-the-street walkway over the street (which is awkward if you have heavy rolling luggage!) So cross two blocks before the hotel.

I don’t usually leave low score reviews but the stay here was very poor. They “centrally” control the temperature in the rooms and pumped heat into the room all night. When calling the front desk to turn it down or use some AC they said no and to open the window. The hotel is at a major 8 lane intersection and had to open the window and was kept up by loud revving motorcycles and cars all night. Beds are cheap, thin, hard and worn and got really sore. Left feeling horrible to start the day.
