"Pros: the room was very clean and the breakfast was great. Cons: the person at the front desk was quite unfriendly and unhelpful, and he made the check-in process confusing and unpleasant. Also, the rooms are designed strangely... no counter space, towel racks, or shelves in the bathroom, an ironing board but no iron, blackout curtains that are too small for the window, strange light switch locations, no mini fridge, etc. "

"The place is beautiful, but no air conditioning, just a fan in the room. Hotels of this category and price in Europe now have air conditioning. No pool either. People must be attentive to the payment. The receptionist did not ask for the payment when we checked in. "We needed a place during the airport strike. This hotel is nearby the airport with a shuttle bus starting 06:00 am in the morning. Approximately 5-10 minutes ride to the airport. It’s a bit pricey for the standard and neighborhood but of course near the airport. Small room and toilet. Strange separation of the shower and toilet but everything worked fine. A bit of a walk to the small village center. Couple of nice restaurants down the strip and a supermarket. Nice restaurant inside the hotel...

"An old world hotel surrounded by a lovely pond and wild vegetation. Quiet enough to hear the frogs at night and the birds in the morning. Beds roomy and firm, helpful owner, decent breakfast, close to town and bike paths. Our room had huge windows that opened to the courtyard and pond below. Enjoyed our stay very much."
