"Part of hotel is used for refugee accommodation - lots of children. The part used for “regular” guests is fairly modern, clean. Surprisingly little disturbance from the all present (mostly Ukrainian) refugees. Nice, quiet breakfast in the “regular guest” area (refugees have separate restaurant area)"

"Upon check in, the front desk people were not welcoming or really friendly. They did their job, yet nothing extra, whatsoever. The cleaning ladies were the most helpful. The room was basic, with a comfortable bed. Shower was ok. Simple, basic, clean hotel"

"Elegant hotel thats conveniently located."

"This is my 3rd time staying here. Helpful staff. Plenty of room to meet with friends in the social areas. Close to everything, restaurants, transportation, old town center."

"Beautiful hotel in the center of The Hague. A hotel with a lot of history So wish we could have stayed longer than a day."

"I stayed for 2 weeks. The room was well presented. Bed comfortable. I didn't experience the catering. A decent budget hotel room."

"Amazing location on the river. I found myself watching ships pass day & night. The food & menu were really good, plenty to choose from. Good Chefs, who clearly enjoy what they do. I will return if I am in the area again."

"Richard (fromt desk clerk) was beyond amazing! We arrived early so he secured our luggage so we could explore Rotterdam. He also gave us suggestions for dinner since the hotel restaurant was closed."
