"Good size room, clean, close to old town, the beach and the train. Great location!"

"The staff was VERRRYYY helpful and accommodating. Good location, close to both beach and the train station. The were leaving before the breakfast start time on our last day but the staff there made arrangements early so that we could have the breakfast before we left. This is the place I will stay if I visit Nice again."

"Although the location was good, the hotel itself was small and very dirty, we found food and trash under the couch, and we were not treated well by the receptionist when we arrived. The only reason it may be worth it is for the location."

"Close to train station and tram. Shopping and dining nearby. Staff very nice. Housekeeping staff very kind. Did not have breakfast. Room very small. Couldn’t close bathroom door if someone was using the toilet. Flies came in when window was open. Ants in room. View of dirty roof with cigarette butts.Noise and someone yelling loudly until 2-3 am. Rooms are NOT soundproofed.."

"Very well located by the "Promenade", as well as the Place Massena/soppinng district and Old Town, all of which within walking distance, this big property is convenient. The rooms are comfortable, but as the hotel in general, they are a little outdated, and would need some kind of modernization. The rooftop has superb views, but again would need some renovation (showers, access, bar etc). The gym is small and under-equipped. The spa was closed when I stayed there... It is overall a good place to...
