"Only positive this about this hotel is the location. Close to everything. Rooms are the smallest I have ever stayed in. Barely could fit in the room with 2 adults and 2 bags. Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything from the hallway, to outside, to the next door room. This is a boutique hotel with no amenities basically. Room was generally updated, though just ok. 1 elevator for the hotel. You have to pay for your own water. If you are a light sleeper, look elsewhere. I would not stay here...

"We had a large suite on the 3rd floor. It was spacious with a very large bathroom. No view but it’s ok because it was more quiet than facing the busy street. Front desk was very helpful with everything. Bed was comfortable. Full refrigerator and stove and coffee pot in room but we didn’t cook at all during our stay.
