"It kind of felt like we were staying with people we knew- everyone was so kind and thoughtful. Our room was small but immaculate and comfortable. We were just a few minutes walk to the beach but in a calm, quiet spot. And I love the croissants left at our door in the morning!"

"The location of Hotel De Suede was fantastic in Nice. It was walkable to the beach and in a great neighborhood for food and shopping. It is a bit loud at night, but it does quiet down around 11PM. The staff were helpful, provided us with a fan for our room when the AC was not working to my satisfaction and they also provided towels for the beach (if you leave some Euros at the desk for return). "We really liked the location of the hotel. The staff were amazing and very helpful. We were offered free water and coffee throughout the stay as well. We got the superior room with the balcony and that size was great for us. The rooms were cleaned daily and that was great. The only negative thing was there was very little soundproof, but that didn't take away from our experience. I would stay again at Hotel Aria."

"Duur voor wat het is. Het is geen vier sterren waardig. Het ontbijt is karig en het buffet ziet er niet smakelijk uit. De kamer is vernieuwd maar de badkamer is veel te klein. Je kan er amper met twee bewegen. Positieve punten zijn de ligging en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Ik zou het niet opnieuw reserveren."

"Hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel location is perfect. Great shops and restaurants literally just out of the door. The only problem was that we didn’t have time to stay longer. If we ever come back to Nice, we’ll definitely be staying here again."
