"Room was clean but on the small side. Housekeeping didn't remove used coffee cups nor provide replacement coffee pods, which was odd. Staff was very helpful and recommended several excellent restaurants nearby. Breakfast was standard but good and Honesty bar was a nice way to have access to after hours coffee and wine."

"Das Hotel liegt ideal um Nizza zu erkunden. Sehr schönes uns besonders helles Zimmer im 6. Obergeschoss. Sehr schöner Ausblick auf Nizza. Das Frühstück war super, lediglich Fisch hat gefehlt. Das WiFi war leider ein wenig schwach. Super Hotel für einen Städtetrip!"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful and the place was clean. Unfortunately that’s the only positives. The communal areas were dark and dingy and the room was small with a really strange layout (the shower was just an alcove in the room so no privacy). The maintenance in the room was bad - the skirting board was bulging off the wall and also I touched a switch on the wall and it fell off completely leaving exposed wires. Breakfast buffet was truly bad and not worth the money - we arrived an...

"Fantastic location, easy check in/out, clean, and nice renovated room. A great place to base yourself in Nice with easy access to Nice train station, the Promenade, restaurants, and the Old Town. Very reasonably priced for my stay too."

" Unfortunately, this hotel was a big disappointment. The cleanliness was not up to standard we had to go downstairs every single day to request our room to be cleaned. The bathroom had issues as well: the tub would fill with water while showering, and the sink was leaking (both were eventually fixed after we reported them). The overall condition of the hotel feels quite run down. The hallways had an unpleasant smell, and the general upkeep just isn’t what you’d expect from a Marriott...

"Lovely property in a fantastic location near promenade anglais and old town and only 15 mins to train station. Staff so helpful shout out to Saloua and Alexandra who helped us. All staff really friendly and tea/coffee in rooms. Room 318 was a great room. "
