Excellent for a family, great location, very clean.
The beds are a little lacking but did the job.
Important to note you need all your own towels.

We really enjoyed our short stay at the cottage! It is a quiet, peaceful place in the beautiful area around Niagara on the Lake! One of the most beautiful spots I‘ve ever been to! And only a 15 minutes drive to the falls! Perfect for our stay in Canada!

Great location if you want to do some bike riding along the Niagara River, or wine tasting. Unit was well equipped, loved the deck and the bbq. Only downsides are the lack of television reception and the A/C was too cold and could not be regulated. O/w we really enjoyed the accommodations and would recommend it.

Peaceful and relaxing!
My family and I had an amazing time. The trailer was like a mini home, much bigger than we expected. It’s was very peaceful and relaxing stay. We will probably be back next year.

Relaxing stay
A very good camping style stay , though I do not understand why it is called a hotel when no toiletries or towels are ptovided and you need to clean the dishes and dispose your own garbage, I also wonder about the high property fee almost as high as a one night stay $ 150 CAD which has made us change our mind of extending our stay. The area is a gem , the town is hospitable and everyone can find and enjoy their favourite hobby or activity.
The pools were great, however the bottom of the large pool needs to be swept and vacuumed as there was algae on the bottom and sides.

Value was good for the money. Towels only by request was unusual as well as the request to make your own bed and fold your sheets after use. Overall spacious and easy check in and out.

This property was nearly perfect. It was clean and exactly as described. The only drawback was a squeaky bed in the primary room. Every thing else was really great!
The 1 thing that was sort of annoying was the banging because it's harvest season&the birds lol
But we were busy. The bed was horrible, but otherwise it was great. Basic towels would be helpful, but there were paper towels &the $store wasn't far.
The people were extremely friendly! The cottage was clean & provided everything to cook a home meal! It was a pleasant stay! We'll definitely go back!

Nice mini vacation
This was a nice little cottage. We had 2 bedrooms for our family of 5 and we were comfortable. The couch pulls out for a forth bed. The kitchen had all the basics. You will need to bring your own towels and toilet paper, although they supply enough for a day. Bedding/pillows were provided. There is hot water for 10 minutes, wait 30 min and you get 10 more minutes of hot water. Even with our family of 5, this wasn't an issue with some planning.
The only downfall the temperature in the cottage. We had no control. The AC was blasting at 70, I had to cover vents, it was freezing-making it uncomfortable. At night the AC was off, making it very hot. We complained the first day about being cold but nothing was done. They said the furnace will freeze (?) if they turn the temp down. They do supply fans and a space heater.
This is in a trailer park, lots of families and no privacy. But I didn't find this to be much of an issue, no one bothered us. There was a fire ban but they were selling wood and allowing fires.
The 2 pools were nice, one was heated. 15 minutes to the falls and to niagara on the lake. Plenty to do in the area.
The property was clean. Unfortunately the wifi did not work, the bedroom light was out, the kettle was problematic and the kitchen equipment was limited. There was no property information provided inside the property and no means to contact the host. Checkout information (only regarding garbage) was provided by text after we have checked out. Overpriced.

We chose Falcon Cottages NOTL as a cost-effective two-bedroom accommodation near NOTL and Niagara Falls (the price was comparable to hotels but we wanted the separate rooms for sleeping). Communication with the property manager was excellent; it was easy to check-in and find our unit. We were impressed by the cleanliness an the size of the trailer/cottage. It worked very well for us (two adults, two children)—we were even able to host other family members for a visit in the living room after our kids went to bed. It was well stocked with most items you could need during a stay (reminder to bring hand soap/toiletries and towels, though). The facilities were great—our kids loved the pools. The bed and pillows were just ok, but we did appreciate that the master bedroom had a queen bed and not a double. The trailer got quite hot during the day (end August), but thankfully, we were out-and-about during most the day anyway, and it was easy to cool it off at night with the many fans/windows. We liked the location allowing for easy travel to NOTL and Niagara Falls. We would definitely recommend this property to people seeking two-bedroom accommodations in the Niagara area.

Very cute and quiet cottage community. Our cottage was nice with a great layout. The cottage was super clean and comfortable. We loved it and absolutely would stay again.
Only complaint we have is real mattresses on the bunkbeds would be awesome instead of the thin ones.
