From booking to check in to check out, the staff were extremely helpful and kind! I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and modern the rooms were, it looks freshly renovated for such an approachable price point. Something I didn’t check was accessibility, it’s a 3 floor walk up (we were on floor 2), and our elderly dog struggled a bit. But then again so did I after running the Niagara Marathon lol. Still 5 stars all around because that’s my bad for not checking beforehand and honestly best customer service I’ve received in Niagara Falls. Thank you so much!

The property was further than indicated. The room was clean. The Jacuzzi tub was antiquated but worked well. Under sink in bathroom needed cleaning and I believe a bit of mold. Our dog was allowed which we needed. Name change was not indicted on sign outdoors.

I visited again yesterday, and the property is now under new management and called Mamma’s Inn. (Previously Motel6) I’m keeping my 5-star rating because the staff were still friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with, and I had a good overall experience. However, pet owners should know that they now charge $25 per dog. I’m updating my review simply so it doesn’t mislead anyone. The staff were great, and I understand the pet fee is a management policy change.

It’s a great hotel when traveling with pets. Would definitely stay here again if I go back to Niagara fallas, super close to the falls, rooms are very spacious and clean.

Easily walkable to all the main attractions of Niagara Falls. Conveniently located next to a pizza place for easy meal options, with plenty of dining close by. The hotel was under going a name change when we stayed, so we experienced a bit of confusion as to the location. The bed was good, the pillows are good and we got the honeymoon suite. Well worth the extra cost and a romantic surprise for my wife on our anniversary.

Our room was spotless and the staff was very courteous. The only reason I didn't put five stars is because there was no breakfast on site. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again

The place was very clean and quiet. I really loved the extra makeup mirror in the bathroom. It was perfect with perfect light! The pizza place next door had the best chicken wings ever. Try the Indian chicken wings!! I will definitely come back. Oh it felt really safe as well. The door to come in stayed locked at all times. Parking was free!
