"The outside is deceiving as the rooms are really nice. No carpet which is preferred, and very clean. Wonderful staff. I was pleasantly surprised at how great these accommodations were given the price and the fact that it’s not a hotel. "

"Our 5th or 6th stay. Always get a room with balcony. Front staff recognized us and bent over backwards to accommodate us. Its the little things of being recognized I appreciate. Rooms are clean, Roku tv, great cappuccino machine in breakfast room, internet works great. McDonald's and Esso next door. 15 minute walk to Clifton Hill. I love the free parking aspect. No complaints for a low budget accommodation. With alot of competition in the area for selection, we will continue to...

"First time here. Me and my wife celebrated our 26th anniversary. The hotel staff was very knowledgeable and kind to us. Room had great view to the falls. Shower was excellent. The heater was somehow annoying (noise coming from the fan). This could be fixed if repair guy takes the fan apart and lubricate it with mineral oil (sewing machine or razor’s blade oil). I know this because I have lubricated over 1000+ CPU and power supply fans for computers. Overall this was a great experience worth...
