"We booked this property having looked at pictures and facilities and the price being reasonable but was not informed that the hotel was undergoing changes, building work and a name change. We were woken up early by building work every day on week days and the facilities we thought were linked to the hotel did not exist. "Great breakfast options, Value for money. It's around 35 mins walk to Niagara falls. So be prepared to pay for parking both at property & around the falls. Microwave is only available at the ground floor - which needs to be atleast one in every floor. "
