"The room was nice and clean. But it was really small for a hotel room. It lacked an alarm clock (basic nessitity) It would have been nice to have a luggage rack to put our luggage on instead all our suitcases were on the floor. There was no lighing upon enetering the room. You had to go by the bed to turn the light on over the bed."
"Great hotel, friendly staff!! Rooms were clean and super comfortable. Location was great! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We will definitely be back"
"The location itself and its walking proximity to the falls is one of the best. The hotel itself ruins this at the front door, with trash cans at the door poorly maintained. Come off the elevator to my floor for 2 days to the same pile of trash sitting by the ice machine, left by other guests on the floor. The cleaning lady was parked by it after my first night and never thought to pick it up. The bed itself was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced in a hotel/resort."
