"I reserved a 1 room: King bed, view of the falls in January of 2026, after I found out that the Black Keys would be performing at the OLG concert hall. I not only booked it because I was traveling from 5 hours away, but because of the proximity to the venue because I have an illness that affects my lungs and prevents me from walking long distances. I arrived at the hotel at 7:30 in good spirits and excited to check-in quickly change out of my work attire and then then head to the show that...

"Cigarette smell and smoke odor in our room that they did not solve during our stay"

"Breakfast was ok.. room was not cleaned as well as it should have been . Rugs where clean to the eye but as our stay progressed debris/ objects found from previous occupants. Rooms are tired. Pool was out of order… I was told it was on website I looked three times and did not find the notice. The rooms are large enough to hold a larger family which is a positive note. Location is spot on for Niagara activities."
