Nice hotel in a quiet alley. the car come in got a bit trouble because the alley is narrow at the beginning, then it comes bigger , ok to park. The place is safe and clean. Room not very big but very cozy. Love the smile of the staff too, they are very helpful

Das Zimmer war für 3 Personen zu klein.Man hatte kaum Möglichkeit sich frei zu bewegen.In 14 Tagen wurden das Schlaf- und Badezimmer nie richtig gereinigt: nur der Bereich vor der Tür war immer ausgefegt und der Mülleimer geleert. Speiseraum ist nicht mehr da, die Esstische stehen im Lobby (hier auf dem Foto links) die Tischdecken waren befleckt und schmutzig, das Essen für das Frühstück wird in der Wäschekammer zubereitet. Auf der rechten Seite ist eine Raucherecke, alles in einem Raum. Nebenan ist eine große Baustelle, wo man lagenbedingt immer durch Matsch, zwischen Bauarbeiter, Kran, Baumaterial, durchgehen musste um das Hotel zu verlassen/erreichen. Ohne irgendwelchen Sicherheitsmaßnahmen gegen herabfallenden Gegenständen. Baulärm von 07:00-22/23:00 Uhr. Tagelang stand intensiver Abflussgeruch in den Schlafräumen. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Aufzug und die Klimaanlage haben tadelos funktioniert

It came as a complete surprise to me. For this price I didn't expect it to be that good, to be honest. I just love this place! Cady, the owner was so nice and friendly; she actually gave us many interesting suggestions. On top of that, Senkotel is just few steps from sea, so I could wander at night and came back to hotel late. Thanks for your hospitality.

Als wir das Hotel betreten haben kam uns eine Kakerlake entgegen. Da war der Schreck von der Baustelle vor der Tür schon vergessen. Das Hämmern und Bohren auf der Baustelle ging morgens um 7 Uhr los und ging bis 23 Uhr. Dementsprechend war es sehr staubig im Eingangsbereich der auch gleichzeitig der Frühstücksraum war. Die Stofftischdecken wurden übrigens in der Zeit als wir da waren kein einziges Mal gewechselt, genau so wie auch unser Bad im Zimmer. Das wurde auch kein einziges mal geputzt. Morgens wurde das Bett gemacht, frische Handtücher hingelegt und mit einem Besen einmal um das Bett gefegt. Das Fensterscheiben im Zimmer war zugeschmiert. Zudem war 50cm.schon die Wand vom nächsten Gebäude. Also hatten wir kein Tageslicht. Das Zimmer war megaschmutzig. Es stank nach DDT (ein Giftmittel zur Insektenbekämpfung. Als wir ein anderes Zimmer forderte, zeigte man uns ein sehr schönes Zimmer ,allerdings sollten wir pro Nacht 100$bezahlen. Die Dachterrasse gibt es auch nicht mehr. Daraus hat man noch 2 Zimmer gemacht. WIR SIND FROH WIEDER ZU HAUSE ZU SEIN.NIE WIEDER DIESES HOTEL!!!!!!

staffs are nice but the room is a bit narrow, hard to open luggages. The bedsheets are a bit dirty but staffs are willing to help when you call. English is not too fluent but still comminicatable.

Great location... the beach is just across the street. Close from the train station too. We were upgraded from a non window room to a one with window for free. Staff is really helpful

Best hotel but roof top restaurant is not working. Breakfast is serving on ground level where is in front of reception. Price for laundry service is reasonable. Room size is quite small so not enough for family. Location is good and we can reach many famous restaurants.

Comfortable hotel near beach front

Arrived early for check-in but staff offered to store my bag until I could get a room. The room itself was very comfortable, spacious and quiet for a night's sleep. The bathroom shower and toilet facilities all clean and tidy.

Not recommeded this hotel. You have to pass small alley for arriving this hotel. And you can see bugs and many small ants in the room and bathroom. Not clean bedsheet. also bedsheet is not dry and smooth. I have to awakewhole night I can't sleep even I'm not a particular person. 까탈스럽지 않음에도 이 호텔은 추천하고 싶지 않습니다. 방에서 개미 조금 나오는 것은 동남아에서 보통 이해하고 넘어갑니다. 특급에서도 간혹 보이니깐요. 하지만 여기는 정말 많이 나옵니다. 그리고 침대쉬트가 너무 눅눅합니다. 빨래를 한 것인지 의문이 생길 정도여서 잠을 이룰 수 없습니다. 너무나 친절한 직원들, 그리고 그들이 제공하는 좋은 서비스가 아깝습니다. Service and Staffs were good but that's all. Facilities are bad.
